This event is open to the public, with an emphasis on those who have, currently or plan to attend East Lake Clinic, or residents of the surrounding South Minneapolis neighborhoods: Longfellow, Phillips. Seward, Howe, Cooper, Corcoran, Standish, Powderhorn, Ventura Village, and Cedar-Riverside and more.
From youngest to oldest, across cultures and experiences, we will share our visions for a better healthcare environment. During our time together, we will explore how we can create a connected community across difference. Feel free to drop by for a bit or stay for the whole time—but you won’t want to miss this exciting and important conversation.

What to Expect
Expect to be enlivened and engaged as we come together in community to share our experiences, catalyze connections across difference and support one another. A complete feast is served with abundance to allay any dietary concern from vegan to carnivore using the Marnita’s Table model (www.marnitastable.org) of a resource abundant environment where all can eat their fill! You are our guest and there is no charge to participate. Please dress comfortably. Children, elders, and other community members of all ages welcome!
We are specifically seeking a vibrant cross-cultural mix of participants. If you know someone who will add and/or receive extraordinary value through their participation feel free to reach out to someone across race, class, culture, or age and invite them to join you!

Hennepin Healthcare’s East Lake Clinic has been rebuilt and is now open to serve new and existing patients in our beloved community. The beautiful new facility is now located in the Hennepin County Human Service Center, 2215 East Lake Street. Thank you to our fantastic patients and community for your support and patience during this time of transition.

The brand new East Lake Clinic is now located in the Hennepin County Human Service Center, 2215 East Lake Street, Minneapolis, MN 55407 on the 5th floor. You can expect all of the same expert services and great care at the new clinic location. We are so excited to see you again and meet all of your healthcare needs in our beautiful new space.
